Thanks again.
Have a wonderful weekend.

Retrosketches #103

Hi,

I got inspired by the Retrosketches #103-Sketch and created the following tag:

I cut a tag from watercolor paper and used an emboss-resist and gelatos to create the tone on tone background. I added the JOFY-Butterfly and some diecut pieces held together by a heart-shaped brad, tinted ribbon with the gelatos and stamped the Love-sentiment. At the end, I added a little alcohol-ink-tinted bubble and grey twine as the final embellishments.

I also want to show you a closeup of the flower on which I also used an emboss-resist.

Here is a list of the supplies used for this tag:
Hero Arts - Life of the Party Dots
Hero Arts - Magical Background
Avery Elle - Lovely Letters
Paper Artsy - JOFY Collection 11
diecuts
ribbon
grey twine
Prima Marketing - Delight Brads
Alcohol Inks (Snowcap, Sailboat Blue)
Gelatos (Snow Cone, Cotton Candy, Boysenberry, Watermelon, Raspberry, Grape)

Tanja

Hi,

today I want to share a very special card with you. I created it for my daughter Emily's fourth birthday. Since she loves unicorns, pink and sparkle, I hope that she will love it.

I will also link it to the following three challenges:

I tried to use another photo-setting this time. Normally, I put my card on a kraft paper and take the picture from above - this time I put the card on a tiny easel. How do you like this? Is it better?? Feel free to leave a comment for me.

See you.

Yours,
Tanja

Lawnscaping Challenge No. 76: Dust 'em off

Hi,

it's me again. I would like to show you the card that I created for the Lawnscaping Challenge No. 76: Dust 'em off.
I used stamps from the set "On the Mend". I wouldn't call the set unloved but unused - so I really had to dust it off :o) You have probably all experienced the same thing: you see a stamp set and you have to have it, the set arrives and you are happy, put it in your stamp box and never really use it. Most of the time this is a real pity.

Here are the supplies that I used:
Lawn Fawn - On the Mend
Hero Arts - Tiny Heart Background
Basic Grey - Fresh Cut
sparkling embossing powder
diecuts
beige and orange cardstock

And since I really used a lot of sparke on this card I will take part in the  Creative Friday #96: Glitter-Challenge again.

Until next time.

Yours,
Tanja

BE Inspired Challenge #48

Hi,

here is my card for the BE Inspired Challenge #48:

I used the grey and the pink and I also incorporated the pinwheel.
The card tells the story of a little dragon who is so happy to have a pinwheel ... it doesn't come to his mind that fire is probably not a too good idea ...and oops ... the pinwheel is gone.

I hope you like the outcome.

Yours,
Tanja

The Alleyway Stamps - Enchanted
Impression Obsession - Cover-a-Card Stars
Lawn Fawn - Jessie's ABCs
pink and grey cardstock

Meet Bebunni

Hi,

today the waiting has come to an end - Bebunni has arrived.
I ordered my sets on January 22nd. Normally, they cost GBP 4,99 each - but at the moment you get any three for GBP 12,00. So what are you waiting for.

I chose two sets from the Bebunni Original line (Hip Hip Hooray and Bebunni Celebration) and one set from the Bebunni Love collection (Hearts).

I have just mounted them on EZMount  - not my favorite task I must confess.

I cannot wait to start creating with these really cute stamps. With Valentine's Day coming up, they are a perfect fit.

Until next time.
