• stamp stars from Winnie & Walter Scenery: Big Bang Confetti and the first part of the sentiment from Mama Elephant Jolly and Merry with Delicata (Shimmery Silver)
• stamp the second part of the sentiment from the Mama Elephant set with Versafine (Imperial Purple)
• adhere the image panel directly to the cardbase and add the sentiment panel using foam tape

• cut out a stitched panel from watercolor paper with the help of the Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Layers
• create a background using the Kuretake Gansai Tambi watercolors, let dry thoroughly and press the panel into watered-down Delicata Re-Inker (Golden Glitz)
• stamp the sentiment from the Altenew Painted Butterflies stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss with golden embossing powder

I just love this sweet little girl from A Day for Daisies:

• color the A Day for Daisies Bird Dreams image with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and a damp brush
• cut out two cloud shapes from vellum with the help of the Lawn Fawn Puffy Cloud Borders, a grass border from light green cardstock with the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border and a strip from light blue cardstock
• cut out dream from Neenah Desert Storm Kraft cardstock twice and layer one on top of the other; create an ombre look by applying Distress Ink (Gathered Twigs) at the bottom of the sentiment and add Wink of Stella Clear Glitter all over it

I would like to share this Christmas card with you. I created it for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• apply golden embossing paste through the Memory Box Winter Tiny Snowflakes stencil directly to an off-white cardbase
• color a piece of watercolor paper with Brushos - Olive Green, spritz it with Pearlized Water and cut out the Poppy Stamps Magnificent Merry
• stamp the sentiment from Lawn Fawn Making Frosty Friends with Versafine - Onyx Black
• for that little something extra I stamped a santa hat from Paper Smooches Chubby Chum Pals with Versafine - Onyx Black and colored the image with Peerless Watercolors; add Liquid Applique to the rim and the pompon

today we are starting our Make your Mark Challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More:

• cut out a tag from watercolor paper using the My Favorite Things Stitched Traditional Tag STAX and cover it with gesso
• create the background by applying Distress Inks (Scattered Straw, Dried Marigold, Mustard Seed) through ARTplorations Just Squares stencil and heat-emboss it with clear embossing powder
• stamp the watering can from STAMPlorations Always Flowers with Memento (Gray Flannel) and color the image with Delta Markers and Wink of Stella Clear Glitter
• cut out Clearly Besotted hello and color the die cut with the medium shade marker used on the flowers
• stamp the sentiment from STAMPlorations Bloom Sketches with Versamark onto a strip of black cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• add some burlap to the top of the tag using a stapler and add a DIY enamel dot on top of that

add buttons to your project and join us at the Cards und More Challenge:

• color the lovely A Day for Daisies Flower Fox Nap with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and a damp brush
• add Glossy Accents to the flowers
• create a background using a Distress Re-Inker (Tumbled Glass) and add splatters in light and medium grey
• cut out a stitched panel using the Waltzingmouse Stamps Stitched Rectangles
• cut out another rectangle from watercolor paper and create a background using Distress Paints (Tumbled Glass, Broken China) and spritz it with Dylusions Ink Spray (White Linen) and Perfect Pearls Mist (Mint)
• since I wanted buttons in exactly the same color I cut them from the area of the panel which would be covered my the main image later on using the Poppy Stamps Stitched Buttons die
• adhere the focal image with double-sided adhesive
• stamp the sentiment from Clearly Besotted Stamps Sweet Sentiments with Memento Luxe (Gray Flannel) and add some texture with that same ink using the dot pattern from the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Grunge stamp set
• add the buttons using a hot glue gun and add some sparkle using Wink of Stella Clear, White and Silver Glitter

• adhere the circles using foam tape
• use kraft cardstock as a base

• add some light blue splatters
• stamp the sentiment from Gerda Steiner Designs Deck the Halls with Brilliance (Pearlescent Sky Blue, Mediterranean Blue)
• add some stars from the same stamp set with the same ink colors
• cut out a stitched panel using the Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Layers
• since I don't like to waste anything, I used a piece of paper on which I cleaned my brayer during another project as a mat

Heart Paperweight

Hi there,

I have a fun little project for the STAMPlorations Stencil Sunday for you today. My daughter found this pretty stone and we decided to make a paperweight for her dad out of it. The big heart is supposed to represent me and the little heart represents her:

• apply Texture Paste through the ARTplorations Hearts all over stencil and color it after drying with Distress Paint (Spun Sugar, Picked Raspeberry)
• add some dots with the help of the tip of an embossing stylus dipped into Distress Paint (Spun Sugar, Picked Raspberry, Peacock Feathers)
• cover both hearts with Martha Stewart Glitter Paint (Sugar Cube)

I have some exciting news for you today. I am guest designing for the Bastel-Traum Glitter Challenge:

• cut out two stitched panels from watercolor paper with the Waltzingmouse Stamps Stitched Rectangles
• create a background on one of the watercolor panels with Distress Inks (Tumbled Glass, Broken China, Shaded Lilac, Chipped Sapphire) and Pearlized Water
• cut out a hillshape from the second stitched panel, cover it with Versamark and heat-emboss it with JudiKins Psychedelic embossing powder
• draw a curved line with a black PITT Artist Pen and stamp some ornaments from the Gerda Steiner Designs Snowman Friends stamp set with Versafine (Onyx Black)
• remove the color from the ornaments with a waterbrush and color them in with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens
• stamp the the heart from the same stamp set, mask it with Eclipse Tape and stamp the snowman
• color the sweet image with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens, a damp brush and a white gel pen
• add Wink of Stella Clear Glitter to the scarf and the cap and Liquid Applique to the rim and the pompon of the cap
• stamp the sentiment from Clearly Besotted Stamps From our Home with Versafine (Onyx Black) 
• cover the ornaments and the heart with the irRESISTible Pico Embellisher (Shimmer)
• cut out some snowflakes with the Lawn Fawn Mini Snowflakes Dies and a frame with the Waltzingmouse Stamps Stitched Rectangles from silver glitter paper
