• cut out a stitched panel from Manila Cardstock using the Waltzingmouse Stamps Stitched Rectangles 
• create a background using Distress Paints (Victorian Velvet, Milled Lavender, Seedless Preserves)
• stamp the STAMPlorations PartyGirl with Versafine (Smokey Gray) onto a piece of patterned paper from the Buff paper pad and the dress onto a piece from the Maja Design Summer Crush 6x6 paper pad
• color the image with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and a damp brush
• apply golden embossing paste through the Tim Holtz Layering Stencil (Dot Fade) and Distress Ink (Dusty Concord) through the Tim Holtz Layering Stencil (Scribbles) - ink up the edges of the panel with the same Distress Ink and apply clear embossing powder over the top
• add white splatters with watered down Brilliance Pigment Ink (Moonlight White)
• glue down the girl
• cut out "Dance" from  Balsa Wood using the Rayher Connected Alphabet Capital and Lowercase and cover the letters with Wink of Stella Silver Glitter

I would like to show you this watercolor Easter Card that I created for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut a stitched panel from watercolor paper with the help of the Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Layers
• stamp Penny Black Divine with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Platinum embossing powder
• color the flowers with Distress Ink (Shaded Lilac) and ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens
• dye Texture Paste with Distress Ink (Broken China) and apply it through the Memory Box Splatter Spray stencil
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink (Hickory Smoke)
• add some splatters using the Distress Marker Spritzer and a silver PITT Artist Pen
• stamp the sentiment with Versamark onto a strip of vellum and heat-emboss it with the same platinum embossing powder, cut it out and adhere it to the card
• add a strip of purple glitter cardstock and a strip of white cardstock colored with Distress Ink (Hickory Smoke)

• cut out a tag from watercolor paper using the Sizzix Tag Collection
• create a background using Distress Inks (Twisted Citron, Mowed Lawn, Tumbled Glass) and pearlized water
• add some texture to the background by stamping the sheet music from Skipping Stones Design Heartsong with Hero Arts Unicorn White Pigment Ink
• stamp the dandelions from Skipping Stones Design Dandelion Dreams with Versafine (Smoke Gray) and heat-emboss them with WOW! Neutral Ultra Shimmer embossing powder
• stamp the sentiment and the butterflies from the same stamp set with the same grey ink

today, we are starting our Anything Goes Challenge over at Addicted to Stamps and More:

• cut one of the tags from the My Favorite Things Tag Builder Blueprints 4 die set once from watercolor paper and once from acetate
• cut a tag frame from patterned paper from the Avery Elle The Brights Collection 6x6 patterned paper pad and once from foam
• create a background on the watercolor paper piece with Distress Ink (Tumbled Glass)
• add clear, light blue and medium blue seed beads before closing the shaker element
• stamp the cute plane from The Alley Way Stamps Priceless Joy with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the image with Delta Markers and Wink of Stella Silver Glitter; add Glossy Accents to the three windows
• thread a piece of natural twine through the hole of the tag

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you my creation with the From the Heart Stamp of the Month:

• color the From the Heart Stamps Digging Dog with Delta, Touch Twin Markers and a white gel pen
• cut out two Clearly Besotted Stamps Rounded Tags - one around the image and one from grey cardstock
• thread a piece of grey twine through the holes of the tags
• cut out Paper Smooches sorry twice - once from grey and once from black cardstock - and layer them on top of each other with a slight offset
• cut out a stitched panel from watercolor paper using the Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Layers
• cover the panel with transparent crackle paste and let it dry thoroughly
• ink up the whole panel with Distress Ink (Hickory Smoke) to accentuate the crackles
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink (Black Soot) for a finished look

• stamp the sentiment from Karten-Kunst Große Worte Frühlingserwachen with Brilliance (Pearlescent Sky Blue)
• add the image from Penny Black Nature's Wishes using Versafine (Smokey Gray) and color the flowers with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and Zest-it
• apply Wink of Stella Clear Glitter to the flowers and Glossy Accents in the middle of each blossom

I would like to show you my art journal page for this week's STAMPlorations Stencil Sunday:

• cut a panel from very sturdy watercolor paper (425 g/qm), cover it with gesso and punch two holes at the left side
• mix three Dylusions Ink Sprays (Vibrant Turquoise, Calypso Teal, London Blue) with gesso to create some kind of paint and cover the background with them
• pull color off the page through the ARTplorations Leaf Prints stencil
• apply the darkest teal color (Calypso Teal) through the ARTplorations Bubbles stencil and Dylusions Ink Spray (London Blue) through the ARTplorations Just Squares stencil
• use first, second and third generation stamping with the STAMPlorations Bold Sentiments: Hashtag Authentic and Altenew Crisp Ink (Dusk)
• stamp the dot pattern from the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Grunge with Altenew Crisp Ink (Desert Night) and the script from STAMPlorations Mixed Media Elements with Memento Luxe (Wedding Dress)
• ink up the edges of the page with Distress Ink (Black Soot)
• stamp "Creative" and "Authentic" with Versamark onto strips of black cardstock and heat-emboss them with Zing! Frost embossing powder
• cut out the Ampersand from My Scrap Chick Ampersands Set 2 - twice from sturdy white cardstock and once from dictionary paper - and paint it with the DIY Dylusions paints
• cover the Ampersand with transparent glue and sprinkle Distress Glitter (Clear Rock Candy) on top - ink up the edges and some random spots with Distress Ink (Chipped Sapphire)

Stamp Connection #11

Hi there,

connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Cornelia from Stempel Spass and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 3rd Sunday of the month and this is our 11th transatlantic get-together!

Our requirement for this meet-up was:
"Recycle"

• cut out a tag from sturdy white cardstock using the Sizzix Tag Collection
• cover the tag with tissue paper using Multi Medium Matte - the tissue paper is my recycled item: the fox stamp set I am using on this tag was wrapped in it
• add a layer of gesso on top of the lovely polka dot tissue paper
• add some color to the background using Distress Paints (Tumbled Glass, Stormy Sky, Bundled Sage)
• stamp two circles from the Neat & Tangled Dala Horse stamp set with Memento Luxe (Tuxedo Black) and draw in stems and leaves with a black Fude Ball Pen
• add coarse texture paste to the flowers and let it dry thoroughly
• color the flowers and leaves with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens, Distress Markers and a waterbrush
• stamp the cute little fox from The Ton Hey Foxy with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the image with Delta and Touch Twin Markers
• stamp the sentiment from Altenew Label Love with Versafine (Onyx Black) and the DIY Stamp Positioner on a piece of leftover gold-foiled cardstock and adhere it with the help of the Tiny Attacher
• dye a piece of seam binding with Distress Ink (Chipped Sapphire) and thread it through the hole of the tag
• ink up the edges with the same ink color
