Affirmation Cards - Set 8

Hi there,

this is the 8th and final set of Affirmation Cards that I created for Mennys Bastelshop:

• cut out a stitched panel from kraft cardstock
• cut out a scalloped panel from white cardstock using one of the dies from the My Favorite Things Everyday Gift Box die set
• create a background on this panel using the My Favorite Things Recipe for Life set and VersaMagic (Sea Breeze) and add little hearts from the Tracey Hey Bits and Bobs set stamped with Hero Art Shadow Ink Silver
• the words are cut from black cardstock using the Tim Holtz Adventure Words and the Holiday Words 2 die sets
• the images are from the Paperie Ink Read it and the My Favorite Things Tropical Toucans stamp sets
• color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• as a finishing touch I covered the sentiment with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter

Christmas Tag Duo

Hi there,

I created this Christmas Tag Duo for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut out two Karten-Kunst Tags from kraft cardstock
• stamp the stitching and the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Borders and Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 2 set with Versamark and heat-emboss all of it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• thread natural twine through the holes of the tags
• cut out the Karten-Kunst Micro Charms Present from glitter paper and add them to the tags with silver thread

today, I will show you another set of Affirmation Cards for Mennys Bastelshop:

• cut out a stitched panel from kraft cardstock
• cut out a scalloped panel from white cardstock using one of the dies from the My Favorite Things Everyday Gift Box die set

• as a finishing touch I covered the sentiment with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter

Christmas Mail

Hi there,

I created this Christmas Card for Anjas Basteltraum using the Lebkuchenbäckerei and Kleine Weihnachtspost stamp sets:

• cut out four Time for Tea Designs Slimline Postage Stamps from white and red cardstock
• stamp some images from the Anjas Basteltraum Lebkuchenbäckerei set and the sentiment from the Anjas Basteltraum Kleine Weihnachtspost set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• ink up the edges of the postage stamps with Versamark and heat-emboss them with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Super Fine embossing powder
• create a background using green cardstock, the Spellbinders Argyle Plaid embossing folder, Versamark and that same golden embossing powder
• assemble the card and add little dots with a golden gel pen

• create a background using dark green cardstock, an embossing folder and watered-down white gouache
• cut out the sentiment from DIY striped cardstock using the Karten-Kunst Joy Alphabet and the Karten-Kunst Joy Alphabet Add-On die sets
• add some Karten-Kunst Mini Snowflakes 2 cut from white glitter paper as final embellishments
