Hi there,
today, I have another shaker-card for you and I think it turned out pretty awesome.
Instead of using foam rubber or foam tape I glued several layers of cardstock together to create the frame and the result is a very good "shakeability" of the heart-shaped sequins and punched-out flowers.
I am going to enter the following challenges with this card:
Addicted to CAS #38 - Off the Edge
Sassy Cheryl's Challenge #208 - Clean and Simple w/Sassy Cheryl Image
Time Out Challenge #5: Time flies, Love lasts
Here is my list of supplies:
Sassy Cheryl's Stamps - Quiet Inspiration
The Alley Way Stamps - Speak Easy
Echo Park - Summer Bliss 6x6 Paper Pad
VersaMagic - Turquoise Gem
Sizzix - Embossing Folders Dots and Flowers Set
white cardstock
flower punch
two different shades of pink and purple cardstock
heart-shaped sequins
Thanks for visiting.
Yours,
Tanja

Boy you used some beautiful colors here! I like your idea of using layers of cardstock to create the shaker box. I would think it would work better than foam tape. Sometimes my beads or sequins get caught in the foam adhesive. Great idea. Thanks for sharing and thanks for joining us at Sassy Cheryls this week.
ReplyDeleteVery fun shaker card! I also like the banner. Thanks for taking TIME OUT and joining our challenge!
