I have another card for you.
You can find a lot of techniques on this clean and layered card: dry embossing, heat embossing, layering, paper piecing and of course stamping.
For the background circles, I layered a piece of dry-embossed acetate on top of the heat-embossed larger circle. The little embossed dots on the top circle are colored in with Liquid Pearls and the sticky heat-embossed larger dots are covered with rub-on foil.
The sentiment is heat-embossed on a piece of vellum.
