today, I have this cute little one-layer card for you.
- use white cardstock as a cardbase
- stamp the scene using Avery Elle Storybook and Hero Arts Flower Garden and add the sentiment from Avery Elle Laurels with Brilliance (Starlite Black) for a shimmery fairytale look
- colour with Derwent Coloursoft Pencils and Zest-it
- add Glossy Accents to the pink flowers for a little dimension
Here is a close-up:
I love how this card turned out but it nearly drove me crazy in the process. On my first try, I stamped the scene, just to find out that there wasn't enough room for the "f" in perfect when I wanted to add the sentiment. On my second attempt, I stamped the sentiment first - you learn from your mistakes :o) and decided to colour everything with watercolors - but the paper couldn't take the amount of water I added. The card you see above is actually my third try.
I would like to participate in the following challenges:
AEI♥U Challenge #11 - One Word
A Blog named Hero Challenge #48 - Sheet Cake
CAS-ology Challenge Week 104 - Pet
Addicted to Stamps and More Challenge #104 - CAS
Hope to see you again soon.
Yours,
Tanja
