this is my last card for today.
- use white cardstock as a base
- cut one of the Designs on Cloud 9 Summer Frames from smooth white cardstock and add Distress Ink (Squeezed Lemonade, Antique Linen, Vintage Photo) and Distress Embossing Powder (Old Paper)
- cut "enjoy the" from smooth white cardstock and cover with two layers of platinum embossing powder - the font is called Watermelon
- use two paperstrips from Avery Elle The Sorbet Collection 6x6 paper pad as background, use Xcut border punch to create the scalloped edge, ink all the edges with Distress Ink (Tumbled Glass, Spun Sugar)
- add layered sequins as as final embellishment
I am going to upload this card to the following challenges:
Muse Challenge #78
I mainly got inspired by Bev's layout. I especially like how the title overlaps the picture frame.
The Cutting Edge Challenge #6
I love the summer feeling of Amy's card and I tried to incorporate that in my card as well.
Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge - Simon says anything goes
Hope you'll be back soon.

Tanja
Great card, Tanja! Love how you've incorporated two inspiration photos, and been true to both! And doubled-up sequins...well, that's just brilliant! So glad my Muse card was some inspiration to you, and am also glad that you played along this week. Bev
