today, I would like to show you this pastel ice cream card:
- use turquoise smooth cardstock as a base and stamp Lawn Fawn Argyle Backdrops with Hero Arts Shadow Ink (Tide Pool) on the right side
- cover the left side with blue paper from the Avery Elle Sorbet Collection
- stamp the ice cream bowl from Lawn Fawn Here's the Scoop two times with Versafine Onyx Black on sturdy white cardstock and layer the two pieces on top of each other to create a faux chipboard piece
- color the image with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and Zest-it
- cut out the circle frame two times; once from light pink paper from the Avery Elle Sorbet Collection and once from dark pink paper from the Avery Elle Brights Collection - puzzle the frames together using alternating colors; for this card I used the light one and I will keep the dark version for another project
- stamp the sentiment from Lawn Fawn Birthday Tags with Versafine Onyx Black in the bottom left corner
- put everything together and add three pink DIY enamel dots, Glossy Accents to the cherries and pink twine with a little bow (I secured the bow with a drop of Multi Medium Matte)
I am going to upload this card to the following challenges:
Cure for the Monday Blues Challenge #29 - this dessert look just yummy
Stempelküche-Challenge #2: Geburtstag
Make the Day Special Challenge
CASology Challenge #112: Three - there are three ice scoops in the bowl and I used three enamel dots
