Yours,
this is the fourth part of my series about Mixed Media Backgrounds for the Karten-Kunst Blog:
- cut out a tag from watercolor paper using the My Favorite Things Stitched Traditional Tag STAX and cover it with Gesso
- adhere torn book page scraps to the tag with the help of Multi Medium
- color the tag with Gelatos (Cotton Candy, Grape, Watermelon) and ink up the edges with Distress Ink (Dusty Concord)
- create texture by stamping the large dots from Dina Wakley Textures with Memento Luxe (Sweet Plum) and by applying Distress Ink (Dusty Concord) through the Memory Box Texture Dot Grid Stencil with a Mini Ink Blending Tool
- stamp the sentiment from Karten-Kunst Buchstabenblöcke with Versafine Onyx Black
- stamp the larger circles from Lavinia Stamps Zen Mini Stamps with Memento (Gray Flannel) and color the with Delta Markers - adhere them to the tag with Multi Medium
