Happy Birthday Fairy Tag

Hi there,

it is Fairy Time over at the A Day for Daisies Blog and I created this Mixed Media Tag to inspire you:

• cut out a tag from watercolor paper using the Sizzix Tag Collection and cover it with Tissue Wrap (Melange) and gesso
• create a background using Gelatos (Cotton Candy, Metallic Blueberry, Buttercream)
• stamp the Visible Image Bronte Script with VersaMagic (Cloud White) and the hexagons from the PaperArtsy JOFY Collection 32 with Memento Luxe (Gray Flannel) for more texture
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink (Peacock Feathers)
• color the A Day for Daisies Fairy Mum Portrait with Spectrum Noir Pencils and Zest-it
• add Wink of Stella Clear Glitter to the wings
• cut out the Clearly Besotted Happy Word from wood
• stamp the second part of the sentiment from Mama Elephant Happy Everything with Versamark onto kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink (Walnut Stain)
• use Distress Ink (Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean) to color seam binding and thread it through the hole of the tag
