Yours,
I am trying out watercolor stamping with two different mediums for the Karten-Kunst Blog. Today, I am using Gelatos to achieve a soft and vintage look:
- cut a stitched panel from watercolor paper using one of the Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Layers
- color the Penny Black The Unfolding stamp with Gelatos and mist it with water from your Mini Mister - stamp the image several times using the MISTI until satisfied with the result
- add splatters with black Kurteake Gansai Tambi watercolors
- stamp the sentiment from Karten-Kunst Große Worte Frühlingserwachen with Versafine (Vintage Sepia)
- mat the panel onto a piece of distressed patterned paper from the Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics 6x6 paper pad before adhering it to a kraft cardbase
