Yours,
connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Cornelia from Stempel Spass and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 3rd Sunday of the month and this is our 15th transatlantic get-together!
We have invited a Guest Designer this time. So please, make sure to visit Aileen's Blog.
Our requirement for this meet-up was:
"use Alcohol Inks"
- create a landscape on Lanavanguard paper using Alcohol Inks (Stonewashed, Cloudy Blue, Juniper, Lake Mist)
- cut out a stitched square with the help of one of the My Favorite Things Stitched Square STAX
- add some yellow Alcohol Inks (Lemonade, Sunshine Yellow) and some grey and white Alcohol Ink (Slate, Snowcap Mixative) to another piece of Lanavanguard and cut out a sun and a cloud using the WPlus Sunshine Layers
- stamp the little fairy house from the Lawn Fawn Fairy Friends stamp set with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the image with Delta and Touch Twin Brush Markers
- cut out a stitched panel from Neenah Desert Storm Kraft cardstock with the help of one of the Waltzingmouse Stamps Stitched Rectangles
- stamp the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Home Sweet Home stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
- adhere the whole panel to a craft cardbase using foam adhesive
