Just for you Pocket Tag

Hi there,

it's been a long time since I created a project especially for a particular challenge. This one is for the Create a Smile Stamps Challenge of the Month and the Codeword is "Blue" - my favorite color:

  • cut out the wonderful Create a Smile Pocket Tag from watercolor paper
  • stamp some large and several small flowers from the Create a Smile Kroküsse stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss them with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
  • color the background and the flowers with Daniel Smith Watercolors (Amazonite Genuine, Mayan Blue Genuine, French Ultramarine)
  • cut out a little banner strip from watercolor paper and color it with one of the darker blues
  • stamp the sentiment from the Create a Smile Wrap it up stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with the same white embossing powder
  • add the little flower-shaped hole reinforcement from the same die set and color it with the darkest blue
  • dye a piece of seam binding with the rest of the mixed colors for a perfect match
