I created this cute snowman tag for the Stamping-Fairies Facebook Group:
- cut out a tag from watercolor paper using one of tag dies from the Tim Holtz Tag Collection
- stamp the snowman with the help of the Lawn Fawn Making frosty Friends set and Versafine Clair Pinecone - use the Masking Technique
- color the image with Derwent Inktense pencils and a damp watercolor brush
- stamp some snow from the Lawn Fawn Snow Cool set with Distress Embossing Ink and heat-emboss them with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
- add color to the background with watered-down Distress Oxide Re-Inker Tumbled Glass
- use the rest of the ink to dye a piece of torn seam binding and thread it through the hole of the tag
- stamp the sentiment from the Avery Elle Polar Peek a Boo Pals with Distress Embossing Ink onto a strip of Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
- add some highlights and faux stitching with a white gel pen
Have a wonderful day.
Hugs,
