we are starting a new Mixed Media Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog:
- I created some ATC backgrounds and I explain the process in this previous post
- draw in some leaves using the ARTplorations Leaf Prints stencil and a water-soluble black marker
- use a damp brush and color the leaves by wetting the black lines
- let some Liquitex Ink in Muted Violet drip down the card
- mist it with alcohol to create some droplets
- cut out the CUTplorations Aloha! from white cardstock and add color with Distress Stain Tarnished Brass and Liquitex Ink Muted Green
- layer the letters on top of some burlap, torn seam binding and vellum
- add some splatters with watered- down white Liquitex Ink
