I created this underwater card for Gerda Steiner Designs:
- stamp some of the images and the sentiment from the Gerda Steiner Designs Deeply set with Versafine Clair Nocturne
- mask off the images with Masking Fluid
- create an underwater background with Distress Ink (Mermaid Lagoon, Chipped Sapphire) and water droplets
- remove the masking
- color the images with watercolor pencils
- cover a cardbase with patterned paper before adhering the panel
