this is just a quick reminder of this month's Stencil Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog:
- stamp one of the images from the STAMPlorations Homespun Christmas set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist
- color the image with Derwent Inktense pencils and a damp watercolor brush
- add splatters with watered-down white acrylic paint
- cut out a stitched panel of grey cardstock and create a subtle plaid as a background using Distress Ink (Iced Spruce, Pumice Stone), Blending Brushes and the ARTplorations Plaid Maker stencil
- stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder
