it's Inspiration Week over at Mennys Bastelshop and this time our topic is "Halloween/Autumn/Fall" and I just had to play with my fluorescent watercolors again:
- stamp one of the adorable little cats, the spiderweb and the spider from the C.C. Designs Cat Halloween set with Gina K. Obsidian
- mask the image and create a background with Distress Ink (Prize Ribbon, Chipped Sapphire, Black Soot)
- create a halo around the cat with Hero Arts Unicorn pigment ink
- add splatters with watered-down Lawn Fawn Liquid Stardust
- for that special effect add some dots with yellow fluorescent watercolor - you can see the glow under a blacklight
- color the cat with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading and texture with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
- stamp the sentiment from the same set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder and add a shadow with a white gel pen
