this is the 8th and final set of Affirmation Cards that I created for Mennys Bastelshop:
- cut out a stitched panel from kraft cardstock
- cut out a scalloped panel from white cardstock using one of the dies from the My Favorite Things Everyday Gift Box die set
- create a background on this panel using the My Favorite Things Recipe for Life set and VersaMagic (Sea Breeze) and add little hearts from the Tracey Hey Bits and Bobs set stamped with Hero Art Shadow Ink Silver
- the words are cut from black cardstock using the Tim Holtz Adventure Words and the Holiday Words 2 die sets
- the images are from the Paperie Ink Read it and the My Favorite Things Tropical Toucans stamp sets
- color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
- as a finishing touch I covered the sentiment with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter
