here is my second card.
On this card I used custom made faux enamel dots. I punched out circles in different sizes from the watercolor background I created for the star. With the help of a stylus and a molding pad (you could use foam rubber as well) I shaped little domes. To give them the enamel finish, I covered them with three coats of clear embossing powder.
