today, I would like to show you another watercolor card. I really love this technique. I always seem to end up with a similar color combination. Do you have a favorite color combo that you often turn to?
- stamp the large and the medium butterfly from WPlus9 Flora & Fauna 2 with Distress Ink (Antique Linen) on watercolor paper
- color the images and the background with Winsor & Newton Watercolors
- add some dark grey paint splatters for more texture
- add pearlized water to the wings of the butterflies and add some glittery splatters as well
- adhere the watercolor panel to a piece of Maja Design Vintage Summer Basics patterned paper
- ink all the edges with Memento Luxe (Sweet Plum)
- stamp the sentiment from Clearly Besotted Stamps Sweet Little Sentiments with Versafine Onyx Black directly to American Crafts smoke cardstock
- the addition of some sequins finishes the card
