Yours,
today, I am showcasing the emboss resist technique for the Skipping Stones Design Tip/Technique Hop:
- cut a panel from watercolor paper using the Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Layers and cut that panel into two parts with the Memory Box Evergreen Landscape
- stamp the snowflake from Skipping Stones Design Christmas Labels with Versamark and heat-emboss them with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
- the embossed snowflakes will resist the ink
- color the sky with Distress Inks (Faded Jeans, Shaded Lilac, Chipped Sapphire) and spritz it with Pearlized Water
- color the trees and the hill with Distress Inks (Peeled Paint, Forest Moss, Gathered Twigs, Walnut Stain) as well
- stamp the sentiment from Clearly Besotted Stamps Many Mini Messages with Versamark onto a fishtail banner from black cardstock and heat-emboss it with the same white embossing powder
