Yours,
it's time for another post over on the A Day for Daisies Blog and today I would like to show you this pastel Birthday Card with a spritzed background:
- color three of the A Day for Daisies Daisy Cupcakes with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens, Distress Markers and a damp watercolor brush
- emphasize the sprinkles with Sakura Souffle Gel Pens
- create a background on a stitched panel of watercolor paper using Distress Markers (Shaded Lilac, Broken China, Cracked Pistachio), the Distress Marker Spritzer and water from your Mini Mister
- ink up the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Große Worte Wunscherfüller set with Versamark before ombre stamping it with Distress Inks (Shaded Lilac, Broken China, Cracked Pistachio) - I found that the priming with Versamark helps to get a crisp stamped image even with the Distress Inks
- mat the panel on a piece of pink cardstock before adhering it to a cardbase
