this is another creation using Charlene's wonderful new stamps:
- cut out the larger tag from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Planner Essentials 2 die set from watercolor paper
- stamp two feathers from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Make a Wish set with Versamark and heat-emboss them with WOW! Metallic Silver Super Fine embossing powder
- add color with Mijello Mission Gold watercolors and splatters with Pearlized Water
- for more texture use some stamps from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Background Stamps 2 set and Archival Ink Watering Can
- dye a piece of seam binding with some leftover watercolor paint and thread it through the hole of the tag
- the sentiment sticker is from the STAMPlorations New Day sticker set
