I created this watercolor beach scene using the new Anjas Basteltraum Happy Camper stamp set:

• stamp the beach scene using stamps from the Anjas Basteltraum Happy Camper set and Versafine Onyx Black - use the Masking Technique
• add the sun and the clouds from the Anjas Basteltraum Flusslandschaft set 
• color the images with Mijello Mission Gold watercolors
• add highlights with a white gel pen
• stamp the sentiment from the Anjas Basteltraum Kleine Garten Sprüche set with Versafine Vintage Sepia

Celebrate Zen Birthday

Hi there,

it's time for another Wednesday - STAMPday feature here on my blog and today I created this Birthday Card for you:

• stamp the STAMPlorations Zen Birthday Background 2 with Versamark onto a piece of watercolor paper
• heat-emboss the image with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder
• add color by splattering the image with three different colors of Mijello Mission Gold watercolors - add some white splatters as well
• cut out the image and adhere it to a cardbase colored with a mixture of Distress Oxide Ink (Chipped Sapphire, Peacock Feathers)
• cut out the CUTplorations Celebrate twice from white cardstock and layer one on top of the other
• heat-emboss the bottom of the sentiment with that same platinum embossing powder and add some color to the top with left-over grey and brown ink

Spring Greetings

Hi there,

I created this sweet watercolor spring card using the Anjas Basteltraum Häschenschule set:

• stamp the beautiful tree from the Anjas Basteltraum Häschenschule set with Distress Ink Antique Linen onto a rectangular panel of watercolor paper
• color the image and the background with Mijello Mission Gold watercolors
• add highlights with a white gel pen
• cut out the Karten-Kunst Frühlingsgrüße from Tonic Studios Pearlescent Card Gleaming Lilac
• vanilla sequins are the final embellishments

Watercolor Mandala Card Duo

Hi there,

new stamps are available in the Karten-Kunst Shop and over the next few weeks I would like to show you some projects using some of the new products.

My first creation is this Watercolor Mandala Card Duo:

• create a watercolor background on a strip of watercolor paper with the help of Mijello Misiion Gold watercolors
• stamp the Mandala from the Karten-Kunst Mandala Leben set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich or Silver super fine embossing powder
• add some splatters with Distress Stain Brushed Pewter and Tarnished Brass
• stamp the sentiments from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine set with Versamark onto a strip of black cardstock and heat-emboss them with WOW! Bright White super fine embossing powder
• add a strip of black cardstock to the top and bottom of the watercolor panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Hi there,

I created this fun Halloween Reveal Wheel using lots of Lawn Fawn goodies:

• stamp the adorable little Lawn Fawn Fortune Teller Tabby with Lawn Fawn River Rock and cut it out with the matching dies
• color the image with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• cut out the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel from watercolor paper
• add color to the background with Distress Oxide Inks (Tumbled Glass, Faded Jeans) - create some texture with splatters
• stamp some stars from the Lawn Fawn Spooky Village set and heat-emboss them with WOW! Glow in the Dark embossing powder
• add a floor with patterned paper from the Graphic 45 An eerie Tale 6x6 paper pad
• add some shine to the black panel with Sheer Shimmer Spritz Spray Sparkle
• the little treats on the wheel are from the Lawn Fawn Spooctacular set - stamped with Versafine Smokey Gray and colored with Mijello Mission Gold watercolors

Happy 70th Birthday

Hi there,

I created this soft watercolor background for my Mum's Birthday Card:

• create a soft watercolor background on a stitched panel of watercolor paper using Mijello Mission Gold watercolors
• stamp the Karten-Kunst Chrysanthemum twice with Versamark and heat-emboss them with platinum embossing powder
• cut out the Karten-Kunst Lucky Numbers 70 directly from the watercolor panel and three-times from purple cardstock
• puzzle the numbers back together before adhering the panel to a purple cardbase
• the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Labelwriter zum Geburtstag is stamped with Versafine Clair Nocturne

• stamp two feathers from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Make a Wish set with Versamark and heat-emboss them with WOW! Metallic Silver Super Fine embossing powder
• add color with Mijello Mission Gold watercolors and splatters with Pearlized Water
• for more texture use some stamps from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Background Stamps 2 set and Archival Ink Watering Can
• dye a piece of seam binding with some leftover watercolor paint and thread it through the hole of the tag
• the sentiment sticker is from the STAMPlorations New Day sticker set
