You are unique ATC

Hi there,

I created this watercolor ATC for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

  • stamp one of the Karten-Kunst Scribble Callas with Versafine Onyx Black onto a piece of watercolor paper
  • color the flower and the background with Winsor & Newton Watercolor Markers
  • stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 2 set with Versamark onto a strip of black cardstock and heat-emboss the with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
  • mat the watercolor panel onto a slightly bigger piece of black cardstock

Let it snow

Hi there,

I would like to show you another cute snowman project - on this one I used the Gerda Steiner Designs Little Snowman Clear Stamp Set:

  • stamp the Gerda Steiner Designs Little Snowman with Versafine Smokey Gray
  • color the image with Winsor & Newton Watercolor Markers and a damp brush
  • stamp some snowflakes from the same set
  • add highlights with a white gel pen and extra sparkle with Stickles Glitter Glue Crystal
  • cover the cardbase with patterned paper
  • cut out the sentiment with the help of the CUTplorations Let it snow die from Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock
  • stamp the woodgrain from the Tim Holtz Lumberjack set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder

Happy Easter Egg Cart

Hi there,

I created this colorful Easter Card using an image from the Gerda Steiner Designs Easter Bunnies Digital Stamp Bundle:

  • color the bunny and the cart from the Gerda Steiner Designs Easter Bunnies Digital Stamp Bundle with Winsor & Newton Watercolor Markers and a damp watercolor brush
  • stamp the sentiment from the Gerda Steiner Designs Easter Bunnies set with Versamark onto a banner cut from Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder - add a strip of patterned paper underneath
  • create a cloud background with the help of the My Favorite Things Mini Cloud Edges stencil, Distress Oxide Ink Tumbled Glass and a Blending Brush
  • cut out a grass border with one of the dies from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Tree set from green cardstock - add shading with Distress Oxide Ink Mowed Lawn and a Blending Brush

Magical Winter

Hi there,

I created this sweet watercolor bunny card for the Stamping-Fairies Facebook Group:

  • stamp a little scene using Art Impressions Watercolor Stamps, Winsor & Newton Watercolor Markers and a damp watercolor brush
  • cut out a stitched tag around the scene and another stitched tag from patterned paper from the Maja Design Joyous Winter Days 6x6 paper pad
  • slightly offset the patterned paper tag and adhere both to a stitched panel cut from patterned paper from that same paper pad
  • thread a piece of natural twine through the holes of the tags
  • decorate a kraft cardbase with little leaves from an Art Impressions Watercolor stamp set stamped with Archival Ink Coffee
  • stamp the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Frosty Fairy Friends set with Versafine Smokey Gray

You have my Heart

Hi there,

I created this beary sweet Valentine's Day Card for the Stamping-Fairies Facebook Group:

  • add color to a piece of watercolor paper using Distress Oxide Inks (Tattered Rose, Spun Sugar) 
  • mist it with Pearlized Water for extra shine 
  • cut out a heart using the heart die from the My Favorite Things Flop Card die set
  • cut out a stitched rectangle from watercolor paper and add color with Distress Oxide Inks (Cracked Pistachio, Peacock Feathers) as well
  • run the panel through your Big Shot in a heart embossing folder
  • stamp one of the adorable bears from the My Favorite Things Bitty Bears set with Versafine Vintage Sepia and color it with Winsor & Newton Watercolor Markers and a damp watercolor brush
  • add highlights with a white gel pen and sparkle to the heart with Nuvo Glitter Drops White Blizzard
  • stamp the sentiment from the same set with Versamark onto a strip of pink cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
  • add a piece of patterned paper to the left side of the colored panels and glue everything down onto a white cardbase
