Hi there,

I would like to show you my art journal page for this week's STAMPlorations Stencil Sunday:

• cut a panel from very sturdy watercolor paper (425 g/qm), cover it with gesso and punch two holes at the left side
• mix three Dylusions Ink Sprays (Vibrant Turquoise, Calypso Teal, London Blue) with gesso to create some kind of paint and cover the background with them
• pull color off the page through the ARTplorations Leaf Prints stencil
• apply the darkest teal color (Calypso Teal) through the ARTplorations Bubbles stencil and Dylusions Ink Spray (London Blue) through the ARTplorations Just Squares stencil
• use first, second and third generation stamping with the STAMPlorations Bold Sentiments: Hashtag Authentic and Altenew Crisp Ink (Dusk)
• stamp the dot pattern from the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Grunge with Altenew Crisp Ink (Desert Night) and the script from STAMPlorations Mixed Media Elements with Memento Luxe (Wedding Dress)
• ink up the edges of the page with Distress Ink (Black Soot)
• stamp "Creative" and "Authentic" with Versamark onto strips of black cardstock and heat-emboss them with Zing! Frost embossing powder
• cut out the Ampersand from My Scrap Chick Ampersands Set 2 - twice from sturdy white cardstock and once from dictionary paper - and paint it with the DIY Dylusions paints
• cover the Ampersand with transparent glue and sprinkle Distress Glitter (Clear Rock Candy) on top - ink up the edges and some random spots with Distress Ink (Chipped Sapphire)

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you the card that I created with the From the Heart Stamp of the Month:

• color From the Heart Stamps Loves me Birdbrain with Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor Pencils and Zest-it
• add Sakura Gelly Roll Souffle (green and blue) to the necklace and Glossy Accents to the beak
• stamp Hero Arts Asian Flower Pattern with Prima Marketing Resist Chalk Edger (Turquoise Stone) on a piece of white cardstock
• cut out a shaker window and add faux stitching with a Distress Marker (Peacock Feathers) and a piece of acetate behind the panel
• add blue and yellow seed beads to the shaker element and close it with the image
• cut out Juliana Michaels Hand Drawn Circles and My Scrap Chick Love Script Word from white cardstock and color the pieces with Prima Marketing Resist Chalk Edger (Vintage Pink, Turquoise Stone) using the direct to paper technique
• cover the sentiment with Versamark and three coats of clear embossing powder

Good Morning,

I am attending the Stretch your Stamps 2 class, which started yesterday. Here is the card, that I created inspired by the lesson "Background and Reverse Background Stamps".

• stamp Penny Black Star Ivy with Versamark on watercolor paper and heat-emboss with clear embossing powder
• create a watercolor background using Winsor & Newton watercolor paints
• cut the watercolor panel into 1'' squares and add Distress Ink (Tea Dye) to the edges
• add a coat of gloss painting gel to each tile giving it a wave texture with your paintbrush
• cut three butterflies from My Scrap Chick Flutter of Butterflies from vellum
• cut the sentiment from My Scrap Chick 55 Words from white cardstock 4 times and once from wood veneer
