Happy Easter Plushy

Hi there,

I created this cute Easter card using the adorable little bunny from the Clearly Besotted Stamps Spring Plushies set:

• cut out an Elizabeth Craft Designs Dashing Square from Confetti White Cardstock
• stamp the bunny from the Clearly Besotted Stamps Spring Plushies set with Altenew Crisp Ink Almond Butter and mask off the image
• create a background using the circles from the Flora & Fauna Texture 2 set and Altenew Crisp Ink (Caribbean Sky, Sweet Leaf, Coral Berry)
• remove the masking and color the image with Prismacolor Colored Pencils 
• add a grass border cut with the help of the Elizabeth Craft Designs Adventure Edges
• create a background on a kraft panel using the JudiKins Papyrus stamp, Versamark and WOW! Seafoam White Super Fine embossing powder
• stamp the sentiment from the Neat & Tangled Cottontail Cuties set with Distress Oxide Ink Picked Raspberry onto a strip cut from kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with clear embossing powder

Happy Birthday Turtle Family

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you another creation using the new Gerda Steiner Designs Turtley Great stamp set:

• color three of the turtles from the Gerda Steiner Designs Turtley Great set with Ecoline Brush Pens and a damp watercolor brush
• cut out a stitched panel from watercolor paper and create a rainbow background using a stamp from the Flora & Fauna Texture Two set and several colors of Altenew Crisp Ink (Heart Beat, Orange Cream, Fresh Lemon, Just Green, Sapphire, Deep Iris)
• add a vellum overlay with some cloud shapes
• add a little hill shape cut from Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock
• cut out the CUTplorations Happy from that same kraft cardstock as the first part of the sentiment
• stamp the second and third part of the sentiment from the Avery Elle Critter Crew set with Altenew Crisp Ink Lava Rock

Stamp Connection #39

Hi there,

connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Cornelia from Stempel Spass and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 2nd Sunday of the month and this is our 39th transatlantic get-together!

Our requirement for this meet-up was:
"Paper Clip"

• stamp the blender and the cocktail glass from the Lawn Fawn So Smooth set and the hibiscus flower from the Paper Smooches Get outta Town set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist and color the images with Prismacolor Colored Pencils
• add some shimmer and texture with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter, Nuvo Crystal Glaze and an enamel dot from the Doodlebug Design Sprinkles Silver Assortment
• create a background on a Neenah Desert Storm cardbase with splatters of Heidi Swapp Color Shine Teal and stripes from the Flora & Fauna Texture Three set
• cut out little fishtail banners from patterned paper from the Doodlebug Design Sweet Summer 6x6 paper pad
• create a paper clip using a die from the My Favorite Things Hip Clips die set and add it to the upper left corner of the background banner to hold the little banners in place
• stamp the sentiment from the STAMPlorations Beach Vibes set
• round the top left corner with a 1'' corner rounder

• stamp the Avery Elle Critter Crew with Memento Tuxedo Black and color the image with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers - add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos Pencils
• stamp the triangle pattern from the Flora & Fauna Texture 2 stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with Ranger Sticky embossing powder
• rub IndigoBlu Mega Flakes Winter Dawn onto the pattern
• stamp the sentiment from the same set with Versafine Onyx Black and Smokey Gray onto a piece of patterned paper from the My Favorite Things Graphic Grid Pastels 6x6 paper pad for an ombre look
• add Little Things From Lucy's Cards Diamonds Rainbow Bright as final embellishments

I created this CAS card using the super cute Create a Smile Cart full of Treasures stamp set as Inspiration for this the Addicted to Stamps and More CAS Challenge:

• stamp the adorable little koala with his wagon from the Create a Smile Cart full of Treasures set with Altenew Crips Ink (Sand Dunes) - I chose a very light ink because I wanted to try some no-line coloring
• color the image with Faber-Castell Polychromos Pencils and Zest-it
• add some highlights with a white gel pen
• create a background behind the koala with the help of the Flora & Fauna Texture Two set, Memento (Gray Flannel) and Hero Arts Shadow Ink (Tide Pool)
• use those same two inks to stamp kind of an ombre sentiment from the Create a Smile Cart full of Treasure set
• round the top right corner of the cardbase with a 1'' corner rounder

• stamp the adorable koalas from the Create a Smile Cart full of Treasures set with Versafine (Onyx Black) and color the image with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and a damp watercolor brush
• add highlights with a white gel pen and a pattern on the box with a Staedtler Fineliner
• create a background on a stitched panel cut from cream cardstock using the Flora & Fauna Texture Two set and Altenew Crisp Inks (Caribbean Sky, Mountain Mist, Lavender Fields)
• stamp the custom-made sentiment with the help of the The Alley Way Stamps Gabfest set and Versafine (Onyx Black)
• add some Pretty Pink Posh Sequins (Sparkling Clear 4mm and 6mm, Aquamarine 4mm and 6mm, Pansy Purple 4mm and 6mm, Cornlfower 4mm) as final embellishment
