it's time for the Stamp Tramps August Blog Hop over at Skipping Stones Design and this is my creation:
- create a marbled background using Dye Inks and alcohol - apply some Distress Ink (Spun Sugar, Shaded Lilac, Broken China, Tumbled Glass) and Hero Arts Shadow Ink (Mint Julep) onto your craft sheet and add some Alcohol; use a stitched panel of Lanavanguard to pick up the mixture; continue until you are happy with the result
- emboss one of the My Favorite Stitched Wonky Circle STAX onto the panel
- stamp the beautiful butterfly from the Skipping Stones Design Imagine stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
- color the butterfly with Distress Markers and a waterbrush
- cut out the Lawn Fawn Scripty Love from white cardstock and color it with Delta Markers; apply Deco Foil Adhesive to the bottom of the sentiment and cover it with Deco Foil (Lilac)
- add some Little Things from Lucy's Cards Sequins (Sparkling Rainbow) and gemstones as final embellishments
