For You Owl Tag

Hi there,

I created this cute Owl Tag for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

  • cut out all the elements of the Karten-Kunst Mini Owl from Elizabeth Craft Designs Soft Finish Cardstock
  • color all the elements with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
  • cut out a Karten-Kunst Tag and ink up the edges with Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
  • add a strip of woodgrain paper
  • stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Labelwriter zum Geburtstag with Versafine Clair Pinecone and adhere it on top of the woodgrain paper
  • add some twine through the hole of the tag

Forever Grateful

Hi there, 

this is my second watercolor flower project for the STAMPlorations Birthday:

  • stamp the beautiful flower bouquet from the STAMPlorations Bloomfully: Wonderful set but this time with Versamark
  • heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright Super Fine embossing powder
  • color the flowers and the background with the Elizabeth Craft Designs watercolor palette
  • add some splatters with watered-down grey from that same palette
  • stamp the sentiment from the STAMPlorations Grateful Flutters set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist
  • adhere the panel to a light grey cardbase

Happy Heart

Hi there,

here is another project for the STAMPlorations Birthday and a quick reminder to join this month's STAMPlorations Stencil Challenge:

  • apply Distress Oxide Ink (Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Peacock Feathers, Wilted Violet) through one of the rainbows from the ARTplorations Rainbows stencil
  • stamp some tiny hearts with Distress Oxide Ink Picked Raspberry
  • cut out the CUTplorations happy from smooth white cardstock and add those same rainbow colors of Distress Oxide Ink
  • the second part of the sentiment is some leftover piece from another project
  • add a strip of grey cardstock and of patterned paper to the top and bottom of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Stitched Hello Circles

Hi there,

I created this stitched card for the STAMPlorations Birthday:

  • use the CUTplorations Dots all over cover plate on a piece of Confetti White Cardstock
  • use the pattern for stitching
  • ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Oxide Ink Peacock Feathers and a Blending Brush
  • cut out the CUTplorations Hello from dark teal cardstock and add Wink of Stella Clear Glitter on top
  • adhere the panel to a dark teal cardbase

Choose Happy

Hi there,

this is another project for the STAMPlorations Birthday:

  • cut out one of the CUTplorations Stitched Tags from watercolor paper
  • apply Prima Marketing Light Paste through the ARTplorations Flair stencil and let this layer dry thoroughly
  • meanwhile stamp one of the butterflies from the STAMPlorations Grateful Flutters set with Memento Tuxedo Black 
  • color the butterfly with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
  • add color to the tag  and dye a piece of torn seam binding with watercolors 
  • place the sentiment from the STAMPlorations Shine Bright sticker set over two layers of corrugated kraft cardstock

Make today wonderful

Hi there,

this is one of the two watercolor flower projects that I created for the STAMPlorations Birthday:

  • stamp the beautiful flower bouquet from the STAMPlorations Bloomfully: Wonderful set with Versafine Clair Morning Mist
  • color the flowers and the background with the Elizabeth Craft Designs watercolor palette
  • add some splatters with watered-down grey from that same palette
  • stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versafine Clair Nocturne
  • add a strip of black cardstock and of patterned paper to the left side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Fall Greetings

Hi there,

I created this fall wreath for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

  • cut out three Karten-Kunst Branch Wreaths from kraft cardstock
  • layer them on top of each other
  • add some berries with Nuvo Crystal Drops (Rhubarb Crumble, Carnation Pink, Red Berry)
  • add some splatters to an off-white cardbase with watered-down Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
  • stamps the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Chrysanthemum with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves

Life is a Journey

Hi there,

this is a quick reminder for this month's Stencil Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog:

  • cut out one of the CUTplorations Stitched Tags from watercolor paper
  • add a background using Distress Ink (Hickory Smoke, Picked Raspberry, Spun Sugar)
  • apply Distress Ink Black Soot through the ARTplorations Trees stencil
  • add splatters with Finetec Mica Watercolors Tibet Gold
  • use some hot glue to adhere several layers of sari silk ribbon and a sticker from the STAMPlorations Shine Bright sticker set
  • thread some torn sari silk ribbon through the hole of the tag

Boo Witch

Hi there,

we are featuring all kinds of Halloween projects over on the Elizabeth Craft Designs Blog:

  • cut out the Elizabeth Craft Designs Princess from white Soft Finish Cardstock and from some patterned paper
  • add color with Alcohol Markers and Distress Ink (tattered Rose, Gathered Twigs)
  • cut out the Elizabeth Craft Designs Spiderweb and some Elizabeth Craft Designs Halloween Accessories from black and kraft cardstock
  • add Wink of Stella Clear Glitter to the hat and the bats
  • add some texture to the patterned paper background by stamping one of the Elizabeth Craft Designs Background Stamps 1 with Versafine Toffee and Vintage Sepia
  • cut out a hill shape from kraft cardstock using one of the Elizabeth Craft Designs Adventure Edges 2
  • stamp the sentiment from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Halloween Party set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves
  • assemble the card

Reindeer Tag

Hi there,

I created this Christmas Tag using the brand new Karten-Kunst Mini Reindeer die set:

  • cut out all the elements to create a reindeer from smooth white and kraft cardstock with the help of the Karten-Kunst Mini Reindeer die set
  • add color with Alcohol Markers and Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
  • cut out a tag with the largest Karten-Kunst Tags die from white cardstock
  • stamp the brushed stripe from the Karten-Kunst Splatters Create set with Distress Oxide Ink (Pine Needles, Festive Berries)
  • stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 2 set with Versafine Onyx Black
  • thread a strand of green, red and white twine through the hole of the tag
