Let's meet Mouse Tag

Hi there,

I created this sweet little mouse tag using the Gerda Steiner Designs Tea-riffic Mouse Digital Stamp:

  • color the Gerda Steiner Designs Tea-riffic Mouse with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
  • add details with a white gel pen
  • cut out a tag from Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock and apply Distress Ink Ground Espresso to the Scrapberry's Mini Hearts stencil
  • cut out a speech bubble and stamp the sentiments from the STAMPlorations Hello you set with Versafine Vintage Sepia
  • ink up the edges of the speech bubble and the whole tag with that same brown Distress Ink
  • thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

Summer Greetings

Hi there,

I created this blue summer tag for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

  • cut out a tag from watercolor paper using the largest of the Karten-Kunst Tags dies
  • create a background with the help of Distress Oxide Inks (Ground Espresso, Faded Jeans, Tumbled Glass) and a Mini Ink Blending Tool
  • stamp some birds and the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Sonnengrüße set with Versafine Clair Nocturne
  • dye a piece of torn seam binding with Distress Oxide Ink Faded Jeans and thread it through the hole of the tag

I'll fix it Beaver

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you this cute beaver tag:

  • cut out one of the tags from the My Favorite Things Tag Builder Blueprints 5 two times - once from Dani Peuss white cardstock and once from patterned paper from the Maja Design Walking in the Forest 6x6 paper pad
  • stamp one of the beavers and the sentiment from the Clearly Besotted Stamps Build it Beaver set with Versafine Vintage Sepia
  • color the image with Lyra Rembrandt Polycolor Pencils
  • add highlights with a white gel pen
  • add a hole enforcer from kraft cardstock and linen ribbon to the hole of the tag

Best Witches

Hi there,

this is another card using dies from Joset's fabulous Halloween Release for Elizabeth Craft Designs:

  • cut out several items from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Halloween Accessories die set from Elizabeth Craft Designs white Soft Finish Cardstock
  • add color with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers
  • add highlight with a white gel pen
  • stamp the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Spooktacular set with Versamark onto a black sentiment strip and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
  • cut a base panel from Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock using one of the Elizabeth Craft Designs Stitched Rectangles
  • add some splatters with watered-down black acrylic paint and some Distress Stain Tarnished Brass
  • add a strip of green glitter paper to the left and right of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Bloom Tag

Hi there,

  • cut out the smaller tag from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Planner Essentials 2 die set from watercolor paper
  • stamp one of the beautiful flowers from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Garden Flowers set with Ink on 3 Fadeout Ink 
  • color the image with Mijello Mission Gold watercolors
  • add same dark green and white splatters
  • add details with a white gel pen and a black fineliner
  • stamp the sentiment from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Field of Flowers set with Versfaine Clair Nocturne 
  • dye a piece of seam binding with some leftover watercolor and thread it through the hole of the tag

Scarecrow

Hi there,

take a look at Joset's fabulous Halloween Release over on Elizabeth Craft Designs:

  • cut our the Elizabeth Craft Designs Tree from black cardstock
  • create a background on a stitched panel of watercolor paper using Distress Oxide Inks (Black Soot, Dusty Concord, Wilted Violet, Forest Moss) and Blending Brushes
  • add some sparkly splatters to the sky and some black splatters to the hill
  • cut out all the elements of the Scarecrow from Elizabeth Craft Designs white Soft Finish Cardstock and add color with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers
  • cut out the bats from black cardstock and add some shine and dimension with Nuvo Crystal Glaze

I created this fun summer tag using the Gerda Steiner Designs I Scream Ice Cream Digital Stamp:

  • color the Gerda Steiner Designs I Scream Ice Cream with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and add details with a white gel pen
  • cut out a CUTplorations Luggage Tag from watercolor paper and create a background wash with Prima Marketing Metallic Pastel Accents
  • stamp the altered sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Sweetest Flavor set with Versafine Onyx Black
  • thread a strand of twine through the hole of the tag

Summer Dream

Hi there,

I created this bright summer card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

  • stamp the beautiful large Chrysanthemum from the Karten-Kunst Chrysanthemum set and the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Kalligraphie am Meer set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves
  • color the image and the background with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Markers and add extra shading with a brown PITT Pastel pencil
  • add some splatters with watered-down black and white acrylic paint
  • add a strip of brown cardstock and some brown glitter paper so the left side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Happy Birthday Friends

Hi there,

I would like to share this sweet Birthday Card with you:

  • cut out an ATC from Stonehenge paper using the STAMPlorations ATC/Tag Builder 
  • stamp a scene with Memento (Gray Flannel) using images from the Clearly Besotted Best Friends and the Paper Smooches Promenade stamp sets
  • color the images with Derwent Coloursoft Pencils and Zest-it
  • add highlights to the eyes with a white gel pen
  • mat the main panel onto a piece of pink cardstock - create the perfect border with the Mini Perfect Layers Tool
  • mount the piece onto a scalloped piece of grey cardstock before adhering everything to a pink cardbase
  • cut out a sentiment strip from grey cardstock and stamp the sentiment from the Clearly Besotted Stamps Many Mini Messages set with Memento (Gray Flannel)

  • color a strawberry with Schmincke Horadam watercolors
  • add splatters with black and golden watercolor
  • stamp the sentiment from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Beach Sentiments set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich Super Fine embossing powder
  • add strips of patterned paper to the left and right of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Long Live Snailmail

Hi there,

the card I created using the Gerda Steiner Designs Snailmail Digital Stamp is suitable for almost every occasion:

  • color the Gerda Steiner Designs Snailmail Snail with Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens and add extra details with fineliners
  • create a background on a stitched panel of watercolor paper with the help of envelope stamps from the Lawn Fawn You've got Mail set and from the Create a Smile Bärmail set, Versamark, WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder and Prima Marketing Metallic Accents watercolors
  • cut out a grass border from green cardstock and add shading and splatters with Distress Oxide Ink Mowed Lawn 
  • stamp the sentiment from the Concord & 9th Perfectly Penned set onto a strip of Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
  • adhere the panel to a piece of patterned paper before gluing everything to the cardbase

  • cut out a palm tree from Elizabeth Craft Designs white Soft Finish Cardstock using dies from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Palm Tree set
  • color the parts with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers
  • add highlights with a white gel pen and splatters to the sand with Ecoline Liquid Watercolors
  • cut out a stitched rectangle from watercolor paper using one of the Elizabeth Craft Designs Stitched Rectangles
  • add color to the background with Ecoline Liquid Watercolors - water droplets will help you to create more texture
  • apply Distress Oxide Ink Mustard Seed through the My Favorite Things Radiating Rays stencil with a Mini Ink Blending Tool
  • stamp the sentiment from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Beach Sentiments set with Versafine Deep Lagoon
