connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Cornelia from Stempel Spass and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 2nd Sunday of the month and this is our 40th transatlantic get-together!
Our requirement for this meet-up was:
"Beach"
- create the Pop-up Box card from kraft cardstock
- create a background and some side panels from watercolor paper with the help of Distress Ink (Tumbled Class, Salty Ocean) and the My Favorite Things Cloud and Make Waves stencil
- stamp the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Aloha set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Metallic Gold Rich embossing powder
- cut the landscape with the help of the My Favorite Things Stitched Snowdrifts, the Lawn Fawn Grassy Border and the My Favorite Things Picket Fence die
- stamp most of the images from the Lawn Fawn Life is good set with Memento Tuxedo Black and color them with Delta, Touch Twin Brush and Copic Markers
- adhere all the elements using different sizes of glue dots
