Hi there,

we are starting a brand new Color Challenge over at Cupcake Inspirations today:

color the Scribbles Designs Foxy with Spectrum Noir Pencils and Zest-it; add a highlight on the nose with a white gel pen
cut out a circle from a piece of cardstock and use the negative as a stencil
apply Distress Inks (Festive Berries, Aged Mahogany, Black Soot) through that circle directly to a kraft cardbase
stamp the tree background from Dylusions Christmas Backgrounds with VersaMagic (Midnight Black)
cut out two Memory Box Bare Sapling s from kraft cardstock and ink up the edges with Distress Ink (Walnut Stain)
stamp the sentiment from Lawn Fawn Critters in the Forest with Versamark on a strip of black cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
use the Tiny Attacher to adhere the sentiment strip on top of a piece of acetate
round the top corners with a 1/2'' corner rounder
add faux stitching with a black PITT Artist Pen

since it is the first Saturday of the month, we are having a Sketch Challenge over at the 52 {Christmas} Card Throwdown:

stamp the cute little mouse from Penny Black Jolly Friends with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the image with Delta Markers
add a background with Jaxell Soft Pastels
cut out the image using the My Favorite Things Stitched Circle STAX and cut a slightly bigger circle from patterned paper from the Crate Paper Bundled up 6x6 paper pad
stamp the largest ginham pattern from Waltzingmouse Stamps Gingham & Co. with Versafine (Olympia Green) as a background
cut out a stitched banner from kraft cardstock with the help of the My Favorite Things Blueprints 20
stamp the sentiment from Lili of the Valley Christmas Handwritten Phrases with Versafine (Crimson Red) onto that banner

color the A Day for Daisies Little Witch on Fence with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and Zest-it
create the background using Jaxell Soft Pastels and a white pompon
cut out a stitched panel using the Waltzingmouse Stamps Scalloped Stitched Rectangles
add PITT Artist Pen Metallic Gold to the star flowers and add some splatters with the Distress Marker Spritzer and that same pen
stamp the sentiment from My Favorite Things Witch Way is the Candy? with VersaMagic (Midnight Black)
cut out a stitched panel from black glitter cardstock with one of the dies from WPlus Love Mom Layers

Hi there,

today, I would like to show you this fun Yeti card that I created for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

stamp the Yeti from Lawn Fawn Yeti, Set, Go with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the image with Delta Markers; add some shimmer with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter
stamp the Stampendous Snowfall background with Avery Elle Pigment Ink (Kraft) on a Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardbase and round all four corners with a 1'' corner rounder
cut out the Memory Box Stitched Snowflake Circle three times: once from silver glitter paper, once from patterned paper from the Lawn Fawn Let's Bokeh in the Snow petite paper pack and once from white cardstock
use the glitter paper circle as a base and leave all the little pieces inside the die cut, glue the patterned paper on top and finally add a hillshape cut using the My Favorite Things Stitched Snow Drifts from the white cardstock circle which has been heat-embossed with JudiKins White Diamond embossing powder

it's time for our October Sketch Challenge over at Happy Little Stampers:

stamp three houses and two trees from the Paper Smooches Bitty Bungalows set using Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color the images with Delta Markers
cut out two rectangles one from blue and one from green cardstock and a scalloped rectangle from grey cardstock using the Mama Elephant Index Card dies
use one of the Mama Elephant Landscape Trio dies to create a hill shape
stamp the sentiment from Paper Smooches Good Gab directly to that hill with Versafine (Onyx Black)
cut out three clouds from vellum and a sun from yellow cardstock using the WPlus9 Sunshine Layers die
