Karten-Kunst - Zum Geburtstag

Hello there,

here is a new creation for Karten-Kunst. I got inspired by Shari's Day-5-Card from the Stretch your Stamps 2 Class.

• create a mask for one of the flower stamps from Karten-Kunst Exotische Blumen
• stamp the flowers several times with Colorbox Cat's Eye Black on white cardstock to create a border
• color the leaves with Prismacolor Colored Pencils and Zest-it
• stamp the flowers again on patterned paper from Prima Marketing 12 x12 Art Journal paper pad with Colorbox Cat's Eye Chalk Charcoal, cut them out, give them dimension with the help of an embossing stylus and adhere them to the card with foam dots
• paint the flowers lightly with Smooch Spritz Spun Sugar using a paint brush
• stamp sentiment from Karten-Kunst Weise Worte zum Geburtstag with Colorbox Cat's Eye Chalk Charcoal ("Alles Liebe und Gute zum Geburtstag" is German and means something like "Love and all the Best for your Birthday")
• heat-emboss the left and right edge of the white cardbase with Ranger Liquid Platinum embossing powder
• add sequins as a final touch
