Hi there,

this is my fourth entry for the Winnie & Walter 1st Birthday Bash challenges. You can see my previous entries by clicking on the links below:

Camera Shaker Card

• cut out "happy" from Winnie & Walter The Big, the Bold, and the Happy Cut Files from mint cardstock and "you" from Winnie & Walter The Big, the Bold and You Cut Files from white cardstock
• cover the "happy" with Wink of Stella Clear Glitter and the "you" with Versamark and heat-emboss it with silver embossing powder
• cut out the stamp shape from Winnie & Walter You've Got Love Mail Cut Files from white cardstock and create a background stamping the bubbles from Winnie & Walter Scenery: Big Bang Confetti with Versamark and heat-embossing them with WOW! Clear Sparkle embossing powder
• mat the stamp background panel on a piece of blue cardstock
• add the "to have" with Idea-ology Label Letters and tie a piece of jute string around the panel and through the "y"
• adhere the panel on a white cardbase using foam tape
