Happy Birthday Candle

Hi there,

join our Birthday Linky Party for the lovely, kind and generous owner of STAMPlorations Shery Russ:

  • create a background with Alcohol Inks (Sailboat Blue, Pink Sherbet, Aqua, Pool, Raspberry, Wild Plum) and Alcohol Ink Blending Solution on a piece of Lanavanguard paper
  • cut out a stitched panel using one of the Memory Box Stitched Rectangle Layers
  • stamp the lollipop from the STAMPlorations Kathryn's Big Wishes stamp set with Archival Ink (Watering Can) and wipe it away with a dry cloth in order to create a ghosting effect
  • stamp the candle from the same stamp set with Memento (Tuxedo Black) and color it with DIY and Touch Twin Brush Markers
  • cut out a banner from black cardstock using one of the My Favorite Things Blueprints 27 dies, stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
  • cut out the happy from purple glitter foam rubber with the help of the Memory Box Paintbrush Happy die
  • add a thin strip of black cardstock and a strip of patterned paper from the My Favorite Things Rainbow Stripes 6x6 paper pad to the left side of the panel before adhering it to a white cardbase
