it is time for another Stencil Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog:
- cut out a rectangular panel from watercolor paper using the CUTplorations ATC Tag Builder die
- add color with Distress Oxide Inks (Faded Jeans, Weathered Wood, Pumice Stone) and a Blending Brush
- add some water droplets and pearlized splatters for more texture
- apply Distress Oxide Ink through the ARTplorations Bloom Silhouettes stencil
- the sentiment is from the STAMPlorations Hey Sunshine sticker set
