I created this square Christmas Card with a DIY watercolor stripes background for the Karten-Kunst Blog:
- cut out a square panel of watercolor paper
- use two colors of the Faber-Castell Albrecht-Dürer pencils and a ruler to draw on some diagonal lines
- activate the color with a damp paintbrush
- ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Ink Peacock Feathers
- cut out the Karten-Kunst Mini-Rahmen Frohes Fest from silver foiled cardstock and adhere it in the center of the background panel
- add it to a cardbase and adhere silver sequins as final embellishments
Hugs,
