A little Piece of Happiness

Hi there,

I created this Mixed Media Card using the Karten-Kunst Ash Leaf die set:

• stamp the Karten-Kunst Mandala Leben with Versamark onto a piece of kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with Distress Embossing Glaze Salvaged Patina
• add some Distress Oxide Spray Stain Salvaged Patina to the background as well
• cut out the Karten-Kunst Ash Leaf from kraft cardstock
• stamp the leaf with the Karten-Kunst Script Background and Distress Oxide Ink Ground Espresso and leave the outline as it is
• layer the leaves on top of the Mandala Background
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 3 set with Distress Oxide Ink Ground Espresso
• add two strips of brown mirror cardstock to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase
• embellish the card with some sequins and Nuvo Vintage Drops Chocolate Chip

Hi there,

today I would like to show you this cute Birthday Card created with the Gerda Steiner Designs Birthday Bear stamp set:

• stamp the bunny and the presents from the Gerda Steiner Designs Birthday Bear set with Lawn Fawn Jet Black
• color the images with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• add highlights with a white gel pen
• cut out a scalloped circle from patterned paper from the My Favorite Things Party Patterns 6x6 paper pad and ink up its edges with Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
• create a background on a piece of kraft cardstock using Distress Ink Gathered Twigs and the My favorite Things Swiss Dots stencil
• ink up the edges of the kraft panel as well
• stamp the sentiment from the Create a Smile Unglaublich set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves onto a strip of patterned paper and add two more strips underneath before adhering it to the card panel

• stamp the adorable little cat from the Karten-Kunst Viecher auf Ballonfahrt set with Memento Tuxedo Black
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• add a color to a stitched panel with Distress Ink Peacock Feathers
• cut out two Karten-Kunst Cloud Borders and adhere them to the bottom left corner
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 3 set with Versafine Clair Nocturne and heat-emboss it with clear embossing powder

it is time for another Stencil Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog and for your inspiration I created this fall card:

• apply Distress Oxide Ink (Carved Pumpkin, Rusty Hinge) through the ARTplorations Autumn Falling stencil onto a piece of watercolor paper
• stamps some leaves from the STAMPlorations Trendy Leaves set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves
• cut out the CUTplorations Blessed word die once from brown foiled cardstock and once from Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock
