Watercolor Christmas Baubles

Hi there,

I created another Watercolor Card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• stamp three baubles from the Karten-Kunst Scribble Ornaments set with Distress Oxide Ink Lost Shadow - use the masking technique
• color the images with watercolors and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• add splatters with watered-down dark blue watercolor
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Weihnachten Modern set with Versamark onto a strip of dark blue cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• adhere the panel to a dark blue cardbase

I created this sweet Christmas Card for Anjas Basteltraum using the Rentierpost stamp set:

• stamp one of the adorable images from the Anjas Basteltraum Rentierpost set with Lawn Fawn Crunchy Leaf
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• create a background with the help of colored cardstock, kraft cardstock, the Spellbinders Scenic Poinsettias embossing folder, the Studio Light Christmas Ticket die set and the Spellbinders Holiday Blooms die set

Snowflake Wishes

I created this sweet Winter Card for Mennys Bastelshop and this week's inspirational topic is "Embossing Folder":

• stamp the Purple Onion Designs Tofu & The Snowman with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• run a panel of watercolor paper through your Big Shot in the Spellbinders Flurry of Snowflakes embossing folder
• use Distress Mica Stain (Wonderland, Sugary Gumdrop) to add some color to the background
• ink up the edges of the panel with Distress Ink Peacock Feathers
• tear a piece of vellum in order to create a hill shape
• cut out some Lawn Fawn Stitched Snowflakes and the Creative Expressions Snowflake Wishes sentiment from white glitter paper

• add the Karten-Kunst Nyala Script Frohes Fest cut from vellum and grey cardstock
• adhere the watercolor panel to a grey cardbase

• cut out two Karten-Kunst Tags with Stitches from kraft cardstock
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Sprüche für Kerzen set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves
• stamp the greenery and the reindeer from the Karten-Kunst Mini Frames Winter set with that same dark brown ink
• color the images with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• add patterned paper to the back of the tag and thread twine through the holes of the tags
