Yours,
it is time for our April Challenge over at the Skipping Stones Design Blog. This time we are having a Sketch Challenge:
- create a background on a stitched watercolor paper panel using the Skipping Stones Design Funny Coffee #1 stamp set, the Memory Box Drip Rings stencil and Distress Ink (Ground Espresso)
- spritz the panel with plain water and add droplets of pearlized water
- adhere a strip of brown foiled cardstock near the bottom of the panel and use foam tape to mount a stitched panel with the sentiment from the same stamp set on top
- cut out a stitched circle from watercolor paper and stamp the coffee cup from the same stamp set with Versafine (Vintage Sepia)
- stamp one of the butterflies from the Skipping Stones Design Dandelion Dreams stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Frozen embossing powder
- color the cup with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and a waterbrush
- add Glossy Accents onto the coffee in the cup
