I'd pick you

Hi there,

we are having the Stamp Tramps October Blog Hop over at Skipping Stones Design and I tried some no-line watercoloring on my creation:

  • stamp the beautiful bouquet from the Skipping Stones Design I'd pick you set with My Favorite Things Hybrid Ink (Grout Gray) - I used my Mini Misti to get a crisp inpression on the textured stitched panel of watercolor paper
  • color the image with Jaxon Aquarelle watercolors and add some splatters in pink and black
  • stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versafine (Onyx Black)
  • mount the panel onto a piece of black cardstock and let this show at the top, the bottom and the right side
  • stamp the Clearly Besotted Stamps Diagonal Stripes with Versamark onto a strip of black cardstock, heat-emboss them with WOW! Silver Pearl Super Fine embossing powder and add the strip to the left side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase
