    Love you Elephants

    Hi there,

this is another creation for the My Favorite Things Card Design Superstar Contest 2016:

    • cut put a stitched panel from watercolor paper using one of the My Favorite Things Blueprints 29 dies
    • stamp one of the cute elephants from the My Favorite Things Adorable Elephants set with Versafine (Smokey Gray)
    • stamp that same elephant facing the one stamped out already using the My Favorite Things Mirror Image and the Mini MISTI - I stamped the mirror image three times
    • mask off the elephants and add some flowers from the My Favorite Things Adorable Elephants set and the My Favorite Things Ewe are the best set
    • stamp the sentiment from the My Favorite Things Celebrate Life set
    • I had to get a little creative with the hearts because I did not find single heart stamps in my MFT sets - I cut away the bigger and the smaller heart from a stamp from the My Favorite Things Sunflower Sweetheart set
    • after having stamped the complete scene I colored all the images and the background with ZIG Clean Color Real Brush Pens and Distress Markers
    • add highlights with a white gel pen
    • cover the hearts with the Pico Embellisher (Shimmer) and add some white details to the sentiment with the Pico Embellisher (Wedding Dress)
    • before adhering the panel to a white cardbase add a strip of pink glitter cardstock and a strip of patterned paper from the My Favorite Things Rainbow Stripes 6x6 paper pad to the left side

Here are close-ups of the sweet couple and the sentiment:
