Stamp Connection #43

Hi there,

connected through our love for card making, blogging and being from Germany we (Cornelia from Stempel Spass and I) decided to create a monthly project within predefined requirements. We are going to show you the result every 2nd Sunday of the month and this is our 43rd transatlantic get-together!

Our requirement for this meet-up was:
"Fields & Meadows"

  • stamp the scarecrow, three crows, pumpkins and sunflowers from the Lawn Fawn Happy Harvest set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves
  • color the images with Derwent Inktense pencils and a damp watercolor brush
  • cut out all the elements for the Lawn Fawn Scalloped Box Card Pop-up from kraft cardstock and from patterned paper from the Maja Design Walking in the Forest 6x6 paper pad
  • cut some grass from green cardstock and add it to the three dimensional layers
  • stamp the sentiment from the same stamp set with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright Super Fine embossing powder
  • stamp some leaves with Versamark as well an heat-emboss them with WOW! Fool's Gold embossing powder
  • add some Nuvo Drops Caramel Cream as final embellishment

Now make sure to hop over to see Cornelia's Creation.

Thanks for stopping by. We hope to see you again at the ...

Hugs,
