I created this card using the Gerda Steiner Designs Crossing Guard Digital Image:
- color the Gerda Steiner Designs Crossing Guard with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
- add highlights with a white gel pen and some sparkle with the Stickles Glitter Glue Crystal
- add a strip of patterned paper to the left and the right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase
