this is a cute Valentine's Day Tag using the Gerda Steiner Designs Penguin with Heart Digital Stamp:
- color the Gerda Steiner Designs Penguin with Heart with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
- add highlights with a white gel pen and some sparkle with the Stickles Glitter Glue Crystal
- cut out a tag from kraft cardstock and run it through your Big Shot in a Heart embossing folder
- cut out a line of hearts from a confetti white hill shape and puzzle little pink hearts into the openings
- thread a strand of pink and a strand of natural twine through the hole of the tag
