Snowman Birthday

Hi there,

I created this adorable Winter Birthday Card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• stamp the Karten-Kunst Schneemann mit Geschenken with Versafine Vintage Sepia
• color the image with watered-down Distress Ink (Vintage Photo, Peacock Feathers)
• stamp the sentiment from that same set with that same brown ink
• add a strip of kraft and turquoise cardstock to the left and right of the panel before adhering it to the cardbase

Snow Flurry Winter Tag

Hi there,

I created this pastel Winter Tag for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut out a Karten-Kunst Tag from smooth white cardstock
• create a background with Distress Oxide Ink (Spun Sugar, Shaded Lilac, Hickory Smoke)
• add some water droplets for extra texture
• stamp the Karten-Kunst Skyline Winter Village and the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Kalligraphie im Dezember with Versafine Clair Morning Mist
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

Focus on the Good

Hi there,

this is just a quick reminder for this month's Stencil Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog:

• cut out one of the CUTplorations Manila Tags from smooth white cardstock
• apply Distress Oxide Ink (Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Blueprint Sketch) onto a Gelli Plate
• press the tag onto the Gelli Plate
• add some more Distress Oxide Ink Peacock Feathers, put the ARTplorations Placid stencil onto the Gelli Plate and press the tag onto that
• stamp two of the beautiful flowers from the STAMPlorations Bloom Doodles set with Versamark onto the tag and heat-emboss them with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• add a sentiment from the STAMPlorations Shine Bright sticker set on light grey cardstock
• dye a piece of seam binding with Distress Ink Dusty Concord and thread it through the hole of the tag

Mogli

Hi there,

today, we would like to show you all kinds of Scrapbook Projects over on the Elizabeth Craft Designs Blog. 

My Scrapbook Page shows our newest family member - Mogli. We found him at the roadside all alone only weighing 700 grams. He has been with us since October and is a really lovely little fellow now weighing almost 3 kilos.

• use a kraft page as a background and add some dots and splatters with Distress Stain Tarnished Brass
• ink up the edges of the kraft background with Distress Oxide Ink Black Soot
• take one of the wonderful papers from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Rusty Weathered paper pack and cut of a strip on the right
• draw some circles with the Derwent Onyx Dark pencil
• stamp some greenery from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Spring Fling set with Versafine Clair Fallen Leaves and heat-emboss them with WOW! Midas Touch embossing glitter
• mount the photo onto a piece of Neenah Desert Storm kraft cardstock
• add two paper clips cut from black cardstock using a die from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Snowy Windows die set
• cut out three leaves from the Elizabeth Craft Designs Snowy Windows set from vellum and add some color with left-over blue and green Distress Oxide Ink from a Blending Brush
• cut out the word Mogli from black cardstock with the help of the Elizabeth Craft Designs Blackboard Alphabet die set

Winter Magic

I created this atmospheric Winter Card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• create a background on a panel of smooth white cardstock using Distress Oxide Ink (Black Soot, Chipped Sapphire, Stormy Sky)
• stamp the Karten-Kunst Skyline Winter Village with Versafine Clair Nocturne
• stamp some stars from the Karten-Kunst Viecher im Winter and the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Große Worte Sternenzauber with Versamark and heat-emboss them with WOW! Metallic Platinum embossing powder
• add some black cardstock and some gold glitter paper to the top and bottom of the panel before adhering it to the cardbase

I created this vibrant New Year Card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• create a background on a panel of smooth white cardstock using Distress Oxide Ink (Chipped Sapphire, Black Soot)
• add speckles of watered-down Finetec Mica watercolors Moon White
• cut out the Karten-Kunst Lucky Numbers directly from the colored panel
• cut the same number from silver cardstock
• puzzle the numbers and their frames back into the card panel
• stamp the second part of the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Riesige Wünsche Weihnachten with Versamark and heat-emboss it with WOW! Metallic Platinum embossing powder

Coffee Tag Card

Hi there,

we are starting a new Stencil Challenge over on the STAMPlorations Blog and this is my creation:

• create a background on a kraft cardbase using the ARTplorations Dots n' Beans stencil and Distress Ink Ground Espresso - ink up the edges of the cardbase as well
• cut out two CUTplorations Stitched Tags - one from smooth white cardstock and one from kraft cardstock
• stamp the STAMPlorations Zen Coffee Background 1 with Lawn Fawn Crunchy Leaf onto the white tag
• color the image with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
• thread two strands of twine through the holes of the tag

I can't wait to see your creations in the gallery.
