New STAMPlorations ATCs

Hi there,

I just wanted to let you know that there are some fabulous new STAMPlorations ATC packs out in the shop. On these projects I used the Retro Femme, Color Me Spring and the Whimsical Homes:

• create a background on a piece of watercolor paper using acrylic paint, the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Grunge set, Versafine Clair Pinecone and clear embossing powder
• distress the edges of one of the STAMPlorations Retro Femme ATCs and add a sentiment from the STAMPlorations Hey Sunshine Clear Sticker set

• cut out the CUTplorations Butterfly Cover Plate from colored cardstock, ink up the edges with Distress Ink Picked Raspberry and add splatters with watered-down white acrylic paint
• stamp the sentiment from the STAMPlorations So loved set with Versafine Clair Nocturne
• round two corners of one of the STAMPlorations Color Me Spring ATCs and adhere it to the background

• create a background on a piece of watercolor paper using Distress Oxide Ink (Worn Lipstick, Dried Marigold, Forest Moss) and one of the CUTplorations Lacy Edges and Borders 
• adhere one of the STAMPlorations Whimsical Houses ATC to a piece of dotted cardstock
• stamp the sentiment from the STAMPlorations Subway Art Builder Create with Versafine Clair Portobello

Wanderlust Wayside Collage Paper Pack

Hi there,

today I am using the new Wanderlust Wayside collage paper pack, one of 9 brand-new packs in the STAMPlorations Anthology collection:

• adhere one of the STAMPlorations Collage Papers from the Wanderlust Wayside set to a cardbase
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• add some texture using the dot pattern from the STAMPlorations Scribbly Splattery Grunge set and Distress Oxide Ink Tattered Rose
• add some CUTplorations Dragonflies cut from colored cardstock
• add the sentiment from the Hey Sunshine Clear Sticker set

• cut out the Crealies Postage Frame Odette from one of the STAMPlorations Collage Papers from the Wanderlust Wayside set
• use some white acrylic paint and Distress Ink Walnut Stain to give it a worn look
• stamp some texture with Distress Oxide Ink Walnut Stain using stamps from the STAMPlorations Mixed Media Grunge and Art Marks sets and from the Waffle Flower Postage Collage set 
• cut out the CUTplorations Relax from woodgrain paper and ink up the bottom of each letter with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• layer the postage stamps on a kraft panel before adhering it to a cardbase

I created this pretty flower card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• stamp one of the flowers from the Karten-Kunst Delicate Plants set with Lawn Fawn River Rock
• color the image with Ohuhu Marker and add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils
• stamp one of the decorative lines from the Karten-Kunst Rahmenkombinationen with VersaMagic Aquatic Splash and Turquoise Gem
• add splatters with watered-down black acrylic paint
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine set with Versamark onto a strip of grey cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• ink up the edges of the Panel with Distress Ink Peacock Feathers and Salvaged Patina

Lucky Clover Birthday Tag

Hi there,

I created this Mixed Media Birthday Tag for Mennys Bastelshop using the Lawn Fawn Lucky Clovers die set:

• cut out the inside of the tag from watercolor paper using the Heffy Doodle Tag Along die set
• cover it with crumpled tissue paper and add color with watered-down acrylic paint
• add some texture by stamping elements from the Waffle Flower Postage Collage set with Versafine Clair Portobello
• cut out three clovers from watercolor paper using the Lawn Fawn Lucky Clover die set
• add color with watered-down Distress Ink and extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils 
• cut out the frame of the tag from grass cardstock
• stamp the sentiment with Versamark onto a banner cut from grass cardstock and heat-emboss it with Ranger Brick embossing powder
• dye torn seam-binding with Distress Ink Ground Espresso and thread it through the hole of the tag

Rainbow Feather

Hi there,

I created this Rainbow Feather for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• stamp one of the Karten-Kunst Schwungvolle Federn onto a piece of watercolor paper using Distress Oxide Ink (Picked Raspberry, Carved Pumpkin, Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Peacock Feathers, Salty Ocean, Wilted Violet)
• mist the feather with water from your Mini Mister
• add some black splatters with watered-down acrylic paint and some more texture with the help of the Karten-Kunst Script Background and Distress Oxide Ink Lost Shadow
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Textrahmen Worte set with black ink onto some strips of white cardstock
• ink up the edges of the panel and the sentiment strips with Distress Ink Lost Shadow
• add strips of black cardstock to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

All my Love for your Birthday

Hi there,

I created this elegant card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut out two Karten-Kunst Scribble Leaves from golden foiled cardstock
• cut out one of the Karten-Kunst 1/8 Inch Circles from kraft cardstock, stamp the Karten-Kunst Script Background with Versamark and heat-emboss this background and the edges of the circle with WOW! Polished Gold Super Fine embossing powder
• cut out some banana leaf cardstock using a die from the Karten-Kunst Card Designer A6 set
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine set with Versamark onto a strip of grass cardstock and heat-emboss it with that same golden embossing powder
• cut the sentiment strip apart and ink up the edges with Distress Ink Walnut Stain
• adhere all the layers to a kraft cardbase
• splatter the card with watered-down golden acrylic paint

For My Mom

Hi there,

I created this sweet Mother's Day Card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• cut out two Karten-Kunst Mini Cool Hearts from white cardstock and from black cardstock for the shadow layer
• heat-emboss the white hearts with red embossing powder - I used 5 layers for an extra dimensional finish
• cut out the letters for the rest of the sentiment from pink and black cardstock using the Karten-Kunst Joy Alphabet
• glue all the layers on top of each other
• prepare the cardbase by adding splatters with watered-down black acrylic paint
• ink up the edges of the finished card with Distress Ink Picked Raspberry
• add some heart sequins as final embellishments
