Fall Baskets

Hi there,

I created this fabulous interactive card for Mennys Bastelshop using the Lawn Fawn Spring Basket and the Lawn Fawn Spring Basket Add-On Fall: sets. And once again I good inspired by this project by Marine: 

• cut out the Lawn Fawn Flippin' Awesome dies from light grass, smooth white cardstock and patterned paper
• create backgrounds with the help of a grass stencil and Distress Ink (Bundled Sage, Stormy Sky)
• assemble the interactive elements
• stamp images from the Lawn Fawn Springs Basket, the Lawn Fawn Spring Basket Add-On: Fall, the Lawn Fawn Porcu-pine for you, the Lawn Fawn Happy Harvest and the Lawn Fawn Let's got Nuts sets with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color all the images with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Poylchromos and highlights with a white gel pen
• adhere them to a kraft cardbase with an heat-embossed background of the My Favorite Things Whimsical Woodgrain - I used Versamark and WOW! Totally Teal embossing glitter
• cut out some leaves from colored cardstock with the help of the Spellbinders Mini Fall Blooms die set
• add shading with Distress Ink (Peacock Feathers, Carved Pumpkin, Forest Moss)

Memorydex Jungle

Hi there,

I created these two Memorydex Cards with my daughter Emily for Mennys Bastelshop using lots of Lawn Fawn goodies:

• cut out the Create a Smile MDC Basics from grass and smooth white cardstock
• create a background with Distress Ink (Evergreen Bough, Rustic Wilderness)
• add some leaves cut from colored cardstock with the help of the Lawn Fawn Tropical Leaves and Happy Hibiscus die sets
• stamp lots of elements from the Lawn Fawn Toucan do it, Critters in the Desert, A Bug Deal and Big Thanks for Hero Arts stamp sets with Gina G. Designs Obsidian
• color the images with Ohuhu Markers and add highlights with a white gel pen

Happy Birthday Fox Tag

Hi there,

I created this sweet Birthday Tag for Mennys Bastelshop using the Lawn Fawn Build-a-Fox and the Lawn Fawn Build-a-Critter Spring Accessories die sets:

• cut out a tag from grass cardstock using the Sunny Studio Stamps Mini Mat and Tag 3 die set
• cut out the Fox and its sweet little dress using the Lawn Fawn Build-a-Fox, the Lawn Fawn Build-a-Critter Spring Accessories die sets and colored cardstock
• ink up the edges with Distress Ink and add highlights with a white gel pen
• add a sentiment banner using the Clearly Besotted Stamps Tiny Type set and Brilliance Pearlescent Ivy
• add a little yellow flower around the hole and thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

I created this Summer Card for the Karten-Kunst Blog:

• stamp one of the Karten-Kunst Meeres-Schnecken with Versamark onto a piece of watercolor paper
• heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• add color and splatters with Schmincke Horadam watercolors 
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Sommerliebe set with VersaMagic Malted Mauve
• add strips of grass cardstock to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

Rainbow Tag

Hi there,

I created this sweet Rainbow Tag for the Karten-Kunst Blog.

• cut out three Karten-Kunst 1/8 Inch Circles from colored cardstock
• glue them on top of each other and cut them apart in the middle
• cut out a Karten-Kunst Tag with Stitches from colored cardstock
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 2 set with Versafine Clair Portobello
• cut out three Karten-Kunst Clouds from grass cardstock and adhere the to the tag
• thread two strands of twine through the hole of the tag

• create a background using grass cardstock, Distress Oxide Inks, the ModaScrap Save the Bees die set and the Gummiapan Hallo and Flower Wreath from the Easter Calendar 2025
• add faux stitching with a yellow gel pen

it's time for our Inspiration Week over at Menny's Bastelshop and this week our topic is "Snowflakes":

• cut out some tags from grass cardstock and patterned paper using the Mama Elephant Fave Tags die set
• stamp the sentiment from the Mama Elephant Mini Messages set with Versafine Clair Portobello
• cut out one of the Honeybee Stamps Lovely Layers Large Snowflakes from foiled cardstock
• add a button and some thread in the middle
• thread two strands of natural twine through the hole of the tag

it's time for the Inspiration Week over at Mennys Bastelshop and this week our topic is "Watercolor/Aquarell". I used the Mama Elephant Falling Leaves stamp set on my project:

• stamp the raccoon from the Mama Elephant Falling Leaves set with Distress Oxide Ink Lost Shadow
• color the image with watercolors
• add highlights with a white gel pen
• add some splatters with watered-down Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
• stamp the sentiment from the same set with Versafine Vintage Sepia
• layer the watercolor panel onto a piece of kraft cardstock and adhere it to a grass cardstock cardbase

I created this sweet card using the adorable little bunny from the Anjas Basteltraum Gartenzeit stamp set:

• stamp the bunny from the Anjas Basteltraum Gartenzeit set with Gina K. Designs Obsidian
• color the image with Ohuhu Markers, add extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils and highlights with a white gel pen
• stamp the fence from the same set into the background and color it as well
• mask the fence and create a background with the help of the My Favorite Things Cloud and Grassy Edges stencils and Distress Ink (Tumbled Glass, Bundled Sage)
• cut out the sentiment from grass cardstock using one of the the Spellbinders Fresh Picked Sentiments dies 
• add color to the bottom of the sentiment with Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
• stamp the second part of the sentiment from the Lawn Fawn Garden Before 'n Afters set with Versamark onto a strip of kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• add strips of patterned paper to the left and right side of the panel before adhering it to a cardbase

I created this Mixed Media Birthday Tag for Mennys Bastelshop using the Lawn Fawn Lucky Clovers die set:

• cut out the inside of the tag from watercolor paper using the Heffy Doodle Tag Along die set
• cover it with crumpled tissue paper and add color with watered-down acrylic paint
• add some texture by stamping elements from the Waffle Flower Postage Collage set with Versafine Clair Portobello
• cut out three clovers from watercolor paper using the Lawn Fawn Lucky Clover die set
• add color with watered-down Distress Ink and extra shading with Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils 
• cut out the frame of the tag from grass cardstock
• stamp the sentiment with Versamark onto a banner cut from grass cardstock and heat-emboss it with Ranger Brick embossing powder
• dye torn seam-binding with Distress Ink Ground Espresso and thread it through the hole of the tag

• cut out the Karten-Kunst Cute Flower once from black and once from white cardstock
• color the cutouts of the white flower with Spectrum Noir Triblend Markers
• adhere the flower to a grass cardstock cardbase and ink up the edges with Distress Ink Gathered Twigs
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Aus der Schreibmaschine 2 set with Versamark onto a strip of kraft cardstock and heat-emboss it with WOW! Bright White Super Fine embossing powder
• add the Waffle Flower Tiny Twine Bow cut from kraft cardstock as final embellishment

• color the images with Derwent Coloursoft Pencils and add highlights with a white gel pen
• stamp the sentiment from the Karten-Kunst Capri Groß: Sprüche zu Ostern set with VersaMagic Sahara Sand onto a square panel of grass cardstock
• adhere the panel to a kraft cardbase and add faux stitching with a white gel pen
